Card mirroring is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans, and unavailable in the Basic plan.
Total mirror limits
With the Pro plan, you can have 25 active card mirrors per member in a subscription in a month.
So, if there are 10 members added, for example, you can add up to 250 active card mirrors.
In the Enterprise plan, the limit is 100 per member per month.
Archived cards or that haven't been updated in the last 30 days will not count towards that limit. For example, a card that hasn't synced any change in its attributes in a given month, doesn't take one of the mirrors in the limit.
Mirrors in a group limits
You can mirror a card to multiple groups. For example, a task card can be synced across "Mary's board", "Jack's board" and "Team board", which makes a board group with 3 cards.
In a Pro plan, you can have up to 3 cards in a group. In Enterprise, 6. And Basic plans don't offer card mirroring. In case you need a bigger group limit, please reach out to us in the chat so we can see what we can do for you.
Which board members have access to the mirrored cards?
All Placker board members can edit mirrors and mirror rules, unless you set a different access level in the board members tab.
A Trello member that is not a Placker subscriber can see and edit cards in Trello, but won't be able to create mirrors manually or set rules.
