This guide explains how to access and manage your Placker subscription settings, including member roles, billing information, and subscription preferences.
Accessing the Subscription Page
To access your subscription settings in Placker:
Click your profile picture in the top right corner
Ensure the correct subscription is selected in the dropdown menu
Click "Settings"
Workspace Settings
Under the Workspace section in the left sidebar, you'll find the Settings button, where you can set important configuration options:
Workspace Name: Customize your workspace identifier
Organization Creation: Control who can create organizations (groups of boards)
Member Auto-approval: Choose whether new members who join your boards need admin approval to be added to the subscription, as this can impact billing
Note: If these options appear blocked, you may not have lead or billing user permissions. Also, for Trello users, these settings are specific to Placker and don't directly affect your Trello workspaces.
Managing Members
The Members section provides oversight of your subscription's user base:
View your current plan details
Monitor license usage
Check invoice dates
Manage member roles by clicking the Role column (to convert pending members to active status or assign billing manager roles, for example)
Keep in mind that there will be at most 10 members displayed. If there are more listed, you can use the pagination or the filter to easily find them.
And if you don't see a member listed, please make sure that the member is added to one of the boards that is imported to Placker and that they sign up at Placker.com.
Billing and Plan Management
Click "Manage Your Plan" to access billing settings:
Update credit card details
View previous invoices
Modify billing contact information
Update billing address details. Note: Some fields (Country, VAT) require our team's assistance - please contact support for these changes
Note: If these options are not shown, this may be an account paid by bank or managed by our team. Reach out to our support team in this case for change requests.
Canceling Your Subscription
To end your subscription:
Click the "End Subscription" button at the bottom of the billing page
Select a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu
Provide additional feedback in the text box
Click the red confirmation button to complete the cancellation
