Board overview: see how your boards are organized at a glance

The redesigned board overview shows board counts per organization and group, and lets you open an organization to sort its boards. Available in Placker Labs.

The board overview is your home page in Placker. It shows all your boards grouped by organization and board group, so you can see how your work is organized and jump to the right board fast.

When you have a lot of boards, finding the right one takes time. The redesigned overview puts board counts and clear sections up front, and gives you a quick way to open an organization and sort through its boards.

Who it's for

Anyone who works across several boards, especially teams managing many boards spread over multiple organizations and board groups.

What you can do

  • See board counts at a glance: each organization and each group in the Groups section shows how many boards it contains.

  • Open an organization: click View All at the top right of an organization to open it and see all its boards.

  • Sort boards: inside an organization, sort its boards by title, creation date, or last edited date.

How to use it

  1. Open your board overview. It is the home page you land on, reachable any time from the home button at the top left.

  2. Scan your organizations and the Groups section. Each one shows its board count.

  3. Click View All at the top right of an organization to open it.

  4. Use the sort control to order that organization's boards by title, creation date, or last edited date.

Where to find it

The board overview is your landing page. Once you open a board, return to it any time with the home button at the top left.

How to enable it

The redesigned board overview is a Placker Labs feature. To try it, go to your workspace settings and enable it under Placker Labs.

Good to know

The new board overview is still evolving in Placker Labs, so some parts may change as we keep refining it based on your feedback.
