Note: this article addresses issues with Trello custom fields only. For other sync issues, check this article.

Trello custom fields is a power-up that allows Trello users to create text, number and other types of fields with tailored values.

Although Placker provides custom attributes as one of its features, it is also compatible with Trello custom fields and usually they are integrated seamlessly.

However, in case it happens that values in a custom field are not reflected in the board or in a mirrored card, you can open the board settings, access the custom attributes tab, edit and click the "Synchronize Trello Custom Fields" button, as in the screenshot below:

This option is only visible in boards that are synced with Trello.
