Add, Edit, and Remove Widgets in the Report View of Placker

The Report view in Placker provides an overview of your project's progress and key metrics. To customize this view, you can add, edit, and remove widgets. This article will show you how.

Adding Widgets

  1. Open the Report view in Placker.

  2. Click on the "Edit report" button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click "Add widget" in the section where you want it to be.

  4. The widget will be added to the Report view, which by default will be the Single Value widget

  5. You can now configure its settings and parameters.

Editing Widgets

  1. Open the Report view in Placker.

  2. Click on the "Edit report" button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Hover over the widget you want to edit.

  4. Click the three dots icon next to it.

  5. Click on the "Configure" button.

  6. The widget's settings and parameters will be displayed at a panel on the right. Make the desired changes and click away from the panel to close it.

  7. Click "Save changes" at the top right to apply all of them.

Moving widgets

To relocate the widget to another part of your report, you can click the icon at the center top of the widget and drag it to where you want it to be. It's also required to be in the edit mode to do this.

Removing Widgets

When you click the three dots, there will be a "Delete" button to remove it.

It's not possible to retrieve deleted widgets, but you could create a new one with the same settings as a replica.
