To keep your board organized, you can add labels, which will add colors and grouping options to the cards.
It is also possible to create and edit these labels in Trello or Planner in case the board is synced.
To do this, first click the gear next to the board title at the top, then Board settings, then select labels at the sidebar.
In this view, you can also reorder and delete labels if needed.
After this first process, you will be set to add labels to each card using the panel, as described in this article.
