Track how long cards spend in each stage of your workflow with our new "Time in List" metric in the Report view! This powerful analysis tool helps you identify bottlenecks and optimize your processes.

You can visualize:

  • Average time cards spend in each list

  • Comparative list times

  • Detailed breakdowns with pivot tables showing exactly how long each card stayed in specific lists

This will allow you to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks with precision and identify opportunities for better resource allocation, monitoring the impact of process improvements.

It can also lead to more realistic expectations for task completion and data-driven decisions to improve processes.

How to use this feature:

  1. Open a Report view

  2. Add a Single Value, Card Table, or Pivot Table widget

  3. Select "Time in List" as your column or value

  4. Set if this related to the total time spent in the current column list (by list column) or the time between two specific lists (source and target)

  5. Customize as needed for your analysis
