There are layouts in the Planner view mode that are very useful to plan your work for the next days, weeks and months. To select them, first click Planner view and use the period option to set a time range.

Another way to get there is with the Board view, changing Layout to Planner.

You can reorder cards in this view mode, just like in the Board view, which will reset their dates.

Daily planner

With Daily planner, you can see how tasks are planned across the next 7 days. The first lists contains tasks that are planned before today, the last list contains tasks that are planned later. Dragging and dropping the cards across lists, will update the card due dates.

Weekly planner

With Weekly planner, you can see how tasks are planned across the next 5 weeks, also in this planner you can see the cards that are planned earlier or later. Dragging and dropping the cards across lists, will update the card due dates. This view works great when you need to create your plan for the next 1-2 months.

Monthly planner

With Monthly planner, you can how tasks are planned across the next 6 months. You can also see which cards are planned earlier or later. Dragging and dropping the cards across lists, will update the card due dates. This is an excellent view when you want to plan your cards in the next half year.

Quarterly planner

With quarterly planner, you can how tasks are planned across the next 4 quarters, and which cards are planned earlier or later. This is an excellent way to keep track of your plans on a yearly planning horizon.

Mixed planner

Our goal planner is a combination of the planners mentioned above and helps you to keep track of meeting both your long term goals and your short term actions. This planner creates a list for the work that is due today, this week, this month, this quarter and this year. It is excellent for keeping track of your longer term goals in the year list, and break your goals down into activities you like to completed this quarter, month, week up to today. This is an excellent way to keep track of your day to day activities while not loosing track of your annual goals.
