What changed
Placker on mobile is now smoother to use. Dragging the screen scrolls instead of moving cards, the layout fits narrow screens better, and the card view is cleaner and easier to navigate.
Who this is for
Anyone who uses Placker on a phone or other small screen, whether you check boards occasionally on the go or work primarily from mobile.
What is new
Scrolling instead of dragging
Touching and dragging now scrolls the screen. Cards no longer move accidentally when you are just trying to navigate the board. To move a card on mobile, use the card actions instead.
A narrower, tighter layout
The interface adapts to small screens with tighter spacing, so more of what matters fits on screen and there is less horizontal scrolling.
A cleaner card view
Open a card on mobile and you see a single-column layout with three tabs at the top: Details, Comments, and Attributes. Tap a tab to jump between sections without scrolling through the whole card.
Simpler board navigation
The subheader for switching between views now works on mobile, so moving between board, list, calendar, and other views is straightforward.
Several desktop-only controls are hidden on mobile to reduce clutter: the board settings overview, board group split view titles, the edit and Placker AI buttons in reports, and the organisation buttons for all, boards, to join, templates, and settings. To use those, switch to desktop.
Gantt view note
Gantt is still desktop-only. Opening it on mobile now shows a message that says so, instead of leaving you to wonder why the view looks off.
Where to find it
There is nothing to set up. Open Placker in a mobile browser, or any narrow window, and the mobile layout activates automatically.
