My payment resulted in an error, it was not accepted, what should I do?

There is a “We could not process your payment” message.

Payment issues can be related to:

  • Insufficient funds on your credit card

  • Transaction blocked by the bank - the payment can be flagged as a fraud, “do not honor” code. In this case, contacting the bank usually solves the problem

  • Cancelled credit card by expiration or closed by the user

  • Incorrect information - double check the numbers input

  • Invalid address - make sure it is related to the one registered by the bank
