If you are in a trial account, if you don't select a subscription plan after the testing period is over, your account will be deleted automatically, so there is no action needed to cancel in these cases.
But if you have a paid account, cancel your subscription from the subscription page in Placker, then your data will automatically deleted after that.
To cancel, click your profile picture, go to the settings and manage the subscription's plan.
You can either confirm the ending of the subscription, or contact us in the chat. We would be happy to find a solution that is feasible for you to continue using Placker.
