You can save your settings and filters as a bookmark in placker to avoid setting them up every time you start Placker. 

This is how you can do this:

In this case we first filter out the template and description list and then change the layout to split the board by milestone.

To save the settings as a bookmark, you can click on save as bookmark, name your bookmark and click save.

The bookmark is linked to your board and available in the overview page, you can star bookmarks just like your board to make them available in the starred items.

When you create a bookmark in the Gantt view you can also save the current baseline of the cards. This will save the date setting of the cards on the board so you can compare these dates against the actual dates in the future.
