When you create the same card type more then once, it is time to create a card template. Card templates allow you to create a new card from a template, basically copying everything (except for the title) from this template.
Some templates that we use at Placker ourselves:
Issue template that has a checklist for the issue intake and determining the issue severity.
Release template that contains relevant links in the description, and a checklist for the operational readiness of the release.
User story template that contains checklists to group the underlying use cases based on minimum viable, nice to have, ideas.
How to set a card as template:
The first step is to set a card as a template, to do this you can check the 'Use as template' check box on the card itself, like it is shown in the screen recording below.
How to create a card from a template:
Then you can create a card from a template by clicking on the create card button in the lists, like it is shown in the video on how to create a product backlog.
